I had a longer journal here but it apparently didn't submit. So here's a short version. I'm abandoning this profile. With over a decade behind it there is a lack of real progress in anything. I can't do business here as I get too few commissions here to make it viable (I think I've had less than 5 in the last 10 years?). Even when I ask I get too little feedback to do much, if I get any at all. And to be honest it seems like my art offers too little to most people to be appealing. I'm thankful for what little feedback I get but right now it's too much effort for too little payoff, and I have no idea what to even do to alter that. I'm not expecting to be famous and I'm not saying any of this is not on me, but I also am not going to start trend chasing and invoking memes (most times). Again, thanks to the few of you who do care but it's pretty much a lost cause for me.
